Artist and sculptor Ivars Drulle on the third day of the Art Forum will invite children and young adults to a creative workshop . Through creative activities, he will encourage youth to reflect on topics like fake news and image manipulation. The creative process will be based on book and newspaper fragments and clippings – it will be an opportunity to try out the methods of image and information manipulation in practice.
“How to become a real beauty on a magazine cover? How are politicians trolled? How do I tell real news from fake ones? We will cut, paste and discuss together!” invite the creators of the workshop, the Latvian Centre for Contemporary Art.
Creative materials will be provided.
