The jazz programme at the art gallery Civita Nova will include Melngaiļskola Big Band of Liepāja Music, Art and Design High School (manager Jānis Ivuškāns) with the trumpeter Gerhard Ornig (Austria) and singer Arta Jēkabsone (USA).
