American artist and Fulbright Scholar Lynn Cazabon lived in Liepāja from January to June this year, creating a series of photo-portraits about inhabitants of Liepāja and the role that the Baltic Sea plays in their lives. As part of the forum, selected works can be seen at some of Liepāja’s public transport stops.
