A festive concert in honor of the 100th anniversary of proclamation of the Republic of Latvia performed by popular Latvian musicians. The concert will consist of 100 songs about Latvia, including Latvian folksongs and songs by popular and dearly beloved authors from Liepāja, created at different times during Latvian history. Apart from the concert, there will be a splendid firework show accompanied by the music composed by Jānis Lūsēns. The scenography that involves a multi-level light show, special effects, and video installations aims to accentuate the Great Amber concert hall both as the building of the 100th anniversary of Latvia and as the epicentre of contemporary culture.
