On the second day of the Art Forum, the visitors will have the opportunity to watch the best short films of 2017 that have been nominated for the European Film Academy Award in 3 sessions.
European Film Academy’s short film tour brings the nominated short films to audiences across Europe – and beyond. The programme featuring the European Short Film Nominees 2017 is a manifold panorama of young contemporary European filmmaking. This year’s programme is composed of productions/co-productions from Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey & UK.

Coco is 17 and feels a desperate need to become famous even though she seems to lack the necessary talent. She is willing to do anything for recognition and avoid becoming an everyday ‚loser‘. She skips school to attend castings, music videos shoots, and to film YouTube clips but faces one humiliation after another and is quickly pushed to her limits. With her „Coco Channel“, she tries to expand her notoriety on the internet and create the successful, loved, and confident character she wishes she really could be. As a crossmedia pro- ject, connecting film with the online video scene, WANNABE tells the story of a young YouTuber, who builds herself a fictitious world on the Internet.
