Liepāja – the city having a twenty years long history of Piano Festivals finally with the support of Liepāja City Council has purchased two grand pianos of Steinway & Sons. The instruments of this company play on all the world`s most remarkable stages and are chosen by legendary musicians. The new grand piano of Liepāja Concert Hall Great Amber Chamber hall is distinguished by particularly warm, deep and smooth sound, which allows it to perform equally well piano music of different periods and styles. 

In the first concert of Chamber Hall Piano Night cycle and, at the same time, on the celebration of the Opening of the new instrument, three related but very different pianists are invited – Sergey Osokin and his sons Andrey and Georgy. 

The performance of these brilliant musicians will allow to fully disclose the capabilities of the new instrument and will become a very special occasion of the Great Amber opening concert cycle.
