Daumants Liepiņš is a bright new star in the Latvian pianism sky. He is a versatile artist, as well as a considerate and subtle chamber musician. This year the pianist received the highest award given by the Latvian music industry ‘Annual Latvian Music Recording Awards 2016’ in the category ‘New Artist of the Year’.
