Concert series PERSONALLY

The audience-beloved concert series Personally is preparing a very special event – mezzo-soprano Ieva Parša and charismatic pianist Andrejs Osokins will present the duet’s latest music album, I bērzs, i smilgas, which was recorded at the end of 2021 right here, at the recording studio of the Great Amber concert hall, and released under the National Recording Label Skani.

The album and concert program features vocal chamber music gems by Latvian composers Emilis Melngailis and Kristaps Pētersons, carefully and considerately selected by mezzo-soprano Ieva Parša. The concert program will be illuminated by piano music pieces performed by vibrant pianist Andrejs Osokins – Bartók’s suite Out of Doors and Mozart’s Twelve Variations on ‘Ah vous dirai-je, Maman’.
